Refund and Returns Policy

REFUNDS
You may request refunds within 72 hours of purchase for unopened and unused products. You are responsible for returning the unopened and unused product to us. The refund will be for the product price. We do not refund shipping costs.

We will process a refund after inspecting the item. If it has been opened and / or used, we will not issue a refund.

Refund requests must be in writing and sent to info@troop7862.org. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.

 

RETURNS
To return a damaged and / or defective product for a refund, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting the Support Department at info@troop7862.org. You will need to include a copy of the receipt for the product that you are returning. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product back to us.

 

OTHERS TERMS
If you feel that your credit / debit card was used fraudulently on troop7862.org, please contact us for immediate resolution.
