Emergencies:
What if we need to get off the river early? In the event of an emergency the outfitter will provide assistance with the aide of local emergency services, if needed. We can always call 911. Ms. Jen will have her satellite phone, just in case. If I hit emergency, it will send a helicopter.
If we are simply just done and want to end our trip early…. we will paddle faster.
Please BE PREPARED! While the weather does look rainy, you never know. We will cancel on Friday morning, if the forecast looks severe.
WAIVER:
Also, each and every person, Scouts and adults, need to bring a signed waiver. I have attached both adult and youth waivers. Please do not forget these. No one gets into a canoe without having one of these turned in. PLEASE BRING THESE WITH YOU.

Think minimalist. If your not going to use it don’t take it.
